How will nCLL HELP ME with legalities?
GEHA members receive two distinct NCLL benefits. Tier 1 is included with GEHA membership at no additional cost and covers legal questions only. Tier 2 is a separate, discounted NCLL membership that covers document and representation services.
Tier 1: Included with GEHA membership at no additional cost
Tier 1 includes unlimited legal questions answered by the NCLL legal team. There is no charge for asking questions and no charge for the answers.
Tier 1 includes legal questions only. Tier 1 does not include contract review, document review, wills, powers of attorney, or representation of any kind. Those services are available under Tier 2.
Tier 2: A separate NCLL membership, available to GEHA members at a reduced rate
Tier 2 requires joining NCLL directly as a paid NCLL member. Standard NCLL membership is $200.00 per month. GEHA members pay $100.00 per month, and the $2,500.00 pre-existing issue fee is waived for GEHA members.
Tier 2 membership includes contract review, document review, reduced pricing on wills and powers of attorney, and reduced rates for plaintiff work.

GEHA maintains its own paid monthly NCLL membership as an organization. That organizational relationship is what makes the Tier 1 question benefit and the Tier 2 member discount available to GEHA members.
