CODE OF OPERATIONS

For legal protection,
GEHA practitioners must maintain these standards.

All GEHA practitioners must ensure clients become non-credentialed members through the no-cost Lifecare Agreement and maintain active professional liability insurance with GEHA listed as additional insured. If you hold both GEHA and state licenses, you can not amalgamate your services and cannot integrate medical treatment with GEHA holistic wellness protocols.

LIFECARE AGREEMENT

For client protection,
GEHA practitioners must follow this process.

Establish your legal protection through our constitutionally-protected Ecclesiastical framework that separates your services from state-regulated medical practice. This foundational document defines your scope of practice as a Licensed Ecclesiastical Holistic Practitioner while creating a clear boundary between wellness education and medical treatment.

GEHA operates under the declared rights of the
US Constitution and State Constitutions, guaranteeing:

Right to lawfully assemble • Right to petition • Right of free speech • Right to worship and choose religious beliefs
Right to assist with health and wellness matters • Right to determine natural protocol relevance
