CODE OF OPERATIONS

Guidelines for safe and ethical practice as a GEHA Licensed Ecclesiastical Holistic Practitioner

The Code of Operations defines the scope of practice for GEHA-licensed practitioners and sets operational expectations for client care. It provides a clear framework so members can serve clients confidently while staying aligned with GEHA’s legal and ethical standards.

Constitutional Rights & Legal Foundation

GEHA operates under the First Amendment rights of the U.S. Constitution, providing Ecclesiastical exemption for holistic practitioners. As a religious 501(c)(3) organization, GEHA enables practitioners and clients to follow their chosen religious practice of natural wellness care.
