Your GEHA license does NOT include professional liability insurance. You are required to obtain and maintain your own professional liability insurance. If you have an existing policy that covers the services within the GEHA scope of practice, there's no need to purchase an additional policy. However, you must add GEHA as an "additional insured" on your policy.
If you do not have a policy, as a licensed GEHA practitioner, you are pre-approved for a professional liability policy once all applicable fees are paid. After payment, you will receive an email with all insurance details. Please submit a copy of your insurance certificate to GEHA within 30 days of paying the applicable fees. Failure to provide this documentation within the specified time frame may result in deactivation of your license.

This process involves a few steps, and here’s what you’ll need to have ready to complete your application:
1. Transcript(s), Diploma(s), Certificate(s), and/or Degree(s).
2. A valid Driver’s License.

ATTENTION: SAVE $200 when you complete the application process in 10 days!
You are taking the first step to Guarding and Growing your Holistic Health services. Once you complete this page and click next, you will have 10 days to complete the 6-step application process and take advantage of the $200 admission fee discount, which will change from $175 to $375 after day 10. As soon as this page is submitted, it will take you to the actual application and then to a cart where you will pay the non-refundable application fee of $50. In between each step, you will be prompted to move to the next, until you get to the background check. Once you get to that step, you will have to wait for an email regarding the status, which could take up to 3 days. Once approved, you will receive an email notification with a link to login to your GEHA dashboard. Once logged in, you will be prompted to pay your monthly Holistic Health Link (HHL) fee and then your GEHA fee(s).
*NOTE – it is possible to complete this entire process in one day. If your background check is clear, it immediately returns results, which prompts us to immediately send you the payment email notification. GEHA and HHL fees must both be paid within 10 days of joining, for you to receive the $200 discount. You will find a “Count-Down Timer” at the top of your dashboard to help you keep track of your deadline.

We need to double-check that you do NOT already have a PAID Holistic Health Link (HHL) listing, so we can route you to the correct GEHA application! Please read the two options below and click the one that applies to you!
You MUST login to HHL and click “My Profile” (in the top right corner). On the left side of your dashboard, click the square at the very bottom that says: “Apply for GEHA License.”
Do you wish to reactivate ONLY HHL and NOT your GEHA License OR are you interested in reactivating your GEHA License?
If you cancel your GEHA subscription, your GEHA License immediately becomes null and void; however, your account details on the GEHA website shall remain for reactivation purposes. Your HHL – Holistic Health Link Listing (directory listing) will be auto-migrated to a “non-GEHA” listing (at the same cost) and all GEHA elements will be removed (GEHA logo, disclaimer, LifeCare Agreement tabs, GEHA Database on dashboard). You can cancel your HHL subscription anytime on your HHL dashboard.

To reactivate your GEHA License, you must reactivate HHL first. After reactivating HHL, you MUST return to GEHA and reactivate your GEHA subscription.
If you already have a GEHA account for your license, please use the same email address you used when signing up. This will ensure your affiliate dashboard is connected to your existing account. If this is your first time creating a GEHA account, you can use any email address you’d like.
